Cambio de ciclo en España, con un equipo muy joven que llegaría a la final de la Euro y a cuartos en México. Destaca el debut de Enrique Martín MOnreal, el central Bonet (que se lexionó de gravedad enseguida) y de Juan José por la derecha (que acabó jugando en el Cádiz). La España de la garra, con buenos centrales, Gordillo por la izquierda y falta de gol. Buen partido.
