The legendary wembley goal. As a German I think it was a goal but we will never find it out. A great tournament from Moore who was in my eyes the second best player after Eusebio because Englands defence was awesome in this World Cup. I know they are a lot of other players who scored a lot of goals and played well but I need to give some credit to Englands number 6. Dont forget Hurst the man of the night as well. Beckenbauer also gave us a taste that he is one of the greatest of all time. It was not the best world cup but it gave us Classics like this match or North Korea-Portugal, showed us some of the greatest players ever and wrote his own story. The Match: 9/10

Qué fantástico poder revivir este partido tan trepidante, se agradece a todos los responsables de esta página que hayan podido poner todos los partidos de los mundiales; yo de pequeño tenía un video VHS con un repaso de la historia de los mundiales y sólo se hablaba del mundial de Inglaterra 66 del gol "fantasma"! de los british; viendo el partido poco a poco y analizándolo, este partido estaría dentro de la categoría de TOP; la disputa del partido entre dos titanes futbolísticos es digno de destacar; Alemania siempre llega lejos en las citas importantes e Inglaterra tuvo que remontar y aplicarse para poder alzarse con su único mundial hasta la fecha; gracias a quienes hacéis posible revivir todos estos partidos; mi memoria mundialística legaba desde el mundial de México 70 hasta la actualidad, así que ahora estoy empezando a apreciar el mundo del fútbol desde finales de los 60 hacia atrás en el tiempo; ver las paradas de Gordon Banks, la clase de Beckenbauer, el olfato de gol de Hurst, la clase de Bobby Charlton, todo un lujo para los amantes del deporte rey.

Je n'avais encore jamais vu cette finale. Match superbe (sur une pelouse bien pourrie …), le meilleur de toute la compétition avec deux très belles équipes. Par contre le temps réglementaire ne fait qu'à peine 75 minutes sur cet enregistrement. Il y a eu des coupures ???
C'est la narration originale de 1966. Malheureusement c'est impossible de savoir comment cette copie est arrivée au présent, quoi est-ce qu'elle a subi pendant les années. C'est possible qu'il y ait eu des coupures, qui le sait ? On a tout simplement la chance de l'avoir trouvée et maintenant on peut la préserver comme il faut et la diffuser.

Muy buenos lo vídeos, pero este en particular lo tienen a velocidad aumentada. Intento sacar estadísticas con mi crónometro en mano debido a que en esa época no ponían el reloj y me doy cuenta que cuando en mi reloj apenas van 40 minutos acá ya finaliza el primer tiempo.
