This should be Round of 128, 1st leg.
UEFA officially named this round as "First round" and not as "Round of 128".
Although you're both right, we think that knockout competitions rounds are more understandable to all if we name them by how far they are from the final. "First, second, third round, etc" doesn't give us information of how much further they have to go. On the other hand, we do use the "First, second, third round, etc" naming with preliminary rounds that lead to group stages or to the competition proper.
